30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you the flexibility to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If, within the first 30 days after purchasing The Smoother device from Magik, you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund. You are eligible for either a full refund or an exchange of equal value, subject to the terms and conditions specified here.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at hello@magikskin.com with your request.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send the item back.
- Please note that items must be returned with prior authorization. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
Note: Only products purchased directly from www.magikskin.com are eligible for returns or refunds.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

Exchanges
